اقيم معرض لقاءات للتوظيف بمركز الرياض الدولي للمعارض والمؤتمرات من 24-30/1/2012م وقد شارك المعهد الوطني العالي للتقنية ضمن مجموعة بن لادن هذا اللقاء لتعريف الزوار بالمعهد الوطني وتخصصاته التقنية المختلفة وطرق التعليم الحديثه والمتطورة بالاضافة الى التوظيف المباشر بعد إنتهاء التدريب بالمعهد

ملتقى التعليم الهندسي الثاني بالمدينة المنورة

تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبد العزيز بن ماجد بن عبد العزيز أمير منطقة المدينة المنورة نظمت الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين ملتقى التعليم الهندسي الثاني تحت شعار "التعليم الهندسي والتقني: تحديات العولمة"، بمشاركة اتحاد المنظمات الهندسية في الدول الإسلامية، وبالتعاون مع جامعة طيبة، وجمعية المهندسين والتكنولوجيين الماليزية، في المدينة المنورة، خلال الفترة 24-27/12/2011م. وكان للمعهد الوطني متمثلة بمجموعة بن لادن حضور بارز في الملتقى حيث تم التعريف بالمعهد وتخصصاته التقنية المختلفة والكادر التعليمي العالمي وفي الختام تم إستلام درع مقدم من قبل الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين تقديرا لجهود المعهد.
لقد كان الملتقى يهدف إلى جمع كل من الأكاديميين ذوي الخبرة الحقلية العاملين في البحث العلمي، والمهندسين والتقنيين من مختلف الدول الإسلامية لتبادل الخبرات بغرض رصد وتقويم التطور المعرفي في حقل التعليم الهندسي والتقني، تقوية الروابط بين الصناعيين والباحثين الأكاديميين العاملين في الدول الإسلامية، الاستثمار في التنمية والبحوث التطبيقية، تبادل الخبرات في حقل التعليم الهندسي والمهني وتطوير آليات التنسيق بينهما.

يشارك المعهد الوطني للتقنية بصفته الراعي الفضي في فعاليات الملتقى الهندسي العالمي الثاني لعام 2011 تحت شعار " التعليم الهندسي والتقني " والذي تنظمه الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين واتحاد الهيئات الهندسية في الدول الإسلامية بالتعاون مع جامعة طيبه والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية وجمعية المهندسين والتكنولوجيين الماليزية والمقام في المدينة المنورة خلال الفترة من 24-27/12/2011م تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبد العزيز بن ماجد بن عبد العزيز أمير منطقة المدينة المنورة

The National Institute of Technology received on Monday, 17/10/2011 officials of Architecture and Building Construction Division (ABCD) led by Engineer Nidal Nasri, head of planning, training. The delegation met with the trainees to introduce the sectors and projects assigned to them and give them a clear picture of their future and the expected career development, as well as the benefits provided to them now and in the future. Also, they provided them with information on how to use and access their online website, a system that allows employees to access all their job information such as the name of the project they are assigned to.

With directions and under the supervision of his Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal and sponsored by the Mayor of Jeddah province Prince Mishaal bin Majed bin Abdulaziz , attended by Ministry of Labor, Human Resources Development Fund Mr.Hisham Linjawi, the third recruitment exhibition for employment was opened on Monday 30/04/1432H, 04/04/2011, which lasted for 4 consecutive days and has attracted a number of people from the province of Jeddah for training ending with employment at the NIT.

The National Institute of Technology (NIT) participates in the recruitment exhibition for employment in Al-Qunfudah, that opened on Sunday, 18/03/1432H corresponding to 18/02/2011G, with directions and under the supervision of his Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal and sponsored by the Mayor of Al-Qunfudah province Mr. Fada’ Al-Boqami. The exhibition was attended by Al-Qunfudah province labor office manager Mr. Omar Al-Ayafi and the Human Resources Fund manager in Makkah Al Mukarama Mr. Hisham Linjawi. The exhibition, which lasted for 2 days, attracted a number of people from the province of Al-Qunfudah and the surrounding areas for training at the NIT ending with employment.

NIT visits British Safety Council to establish partnership

NIT’s Director General , Mr. Abdulhameed Alyousef, visited the British Safety Council in London last week (Oct 14th-22nd) to discuss the creation of a collaboration programme for delivering training and professional development of Safety Officers at NIT.
The proposed training will focus on Safety at construction projects, high rise buildings, residential and maintenance. Driven by internationally accredited and recognised courses, the programmes for Safety Professionals will lead to the associated assessment and certification.

NIT participation in the Fifth Saudi Technical Conference and Exhibition

NIT participated in the fifth Saudi Technical Conference and Exhibition as a golden sponsor. The conference was held in Riyadh between the 11th and the 14th of January 2009, under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdu-laziz Al Saud. NIT has joined the American Concrete Institute (ACI) as an educational member. ACI is a nonprofit technical and educational society organized in 1904 and is one of the worlds leading authorities on concrete technology.
NIT becomes a part of industrys top education programs of construction, design, products, materials, and other technologies related to concrete through educational seminars, conventions, full access to ACIs knowledge center, symposium papers, and journals; ACI Structural Journal, the ACI Materials Journal, Concrete International, and technical publications.

NIT has become an approved member of The American Society for Nondestructive Testing. ASNT is a nonprofit corporation focuses on technical education,research, section operations and certification. ASNTs headquarters in Columbus, Ohio and was founded in 1941 and currently boasts an individual membership of over 9,000 including more than 400 Corporate Partner affiliated companies. Members represent a diverse and dynamic family of professionals representing NDT technicians, engineers, researchers, vendors and academicians. IFTDO was established to develop and maintain a worldwide network committed to identify, develop and transfer knowledge, skills and technology to enhance personal growth, human performance, productivity and sustainable development

NIT Joins AWS -American Welding Society- as an Educational Institution Member

NIT has gained admission to the American Welding Society (AWS) as an educational member. The AWS is a multifaceted professional technical society in welding education and technology development that promotes the best practices and works to advance the science and application of welding, joining, brazing, soldering, cutting and thermal spray.
AWS has become the standard guardian to define welding quality including recommended practices, methods and guidelines for welding and allied processes.
